Not all clubs are created equal! Once you’ve experienced “the Prodigy way,” you’ll see why. At Prodigy Volleyball Academy, we check all the boxes for a great competitive volleyball program: a coaching staff with a stellar track record of success; brand-new, top-notch facilities; and travel teams suitable for beginners up to athletes seeking national exposure for collegiate-level play.
But our philosophy goes beyond winning. Our top priority is developing young people into great adults. We focus on building character, fostering resilience, and nurturing each athlete’s mind, body, and soul.
VISION
As part of the Prodigy way, our vision extends far beyond the volleyball court. We aim to cultivate a culture that prioritizes the growth of our players, coaches, and teams. We teach our athletes to embrace challenges—on and off the court—as opportunities for continuous growth. And we provide the foundation of support that gives our players the confidence to tackle these challenges head-on. By setting high standards and fostering an environment conducive to achieving them, we ensure that everyone at Prodigy, from top to bottom, is dedicated to personal and collective development.
MISSION
Our mission is to harness the power of volleyball to teach young athletes how to reach their full potential, both in sports and in life. Through premier instruction, we aim to develop their skills for immediate and future volleyball success. Beyond physical training, the Prodigy way means mentoring our athletes and providing an environment that imparts valuable life lessons learned through sports and competition.
Our goal is to run the best volleyball program in the country, measured not by wins and losses, but by the development of our young athletes' character. We focus on cultivating their work ethic, ability to sacrifice, dedication, perseverance, and commitment to their team and themselves. By instilling a growth mindset and essential life skills, we strive to empower Prodigy players to become positive, successful, responsible young adults.
